The SPD-3350 is essentially the same as the SPD-3750 except for the fact that the camera has a 33X zoom lens instead of a 37X. In all other respects, the 3350 is the same as the SPD-3750. If the extra zoom range is not an issue, the SPD-3350 would be the right choice.
